Adrenal Stress Shows in Sanpaku Faces

According to Traditional Chinese Face Reading, every person in these photos is experiencing “Sanpaku,” or “Three Whites.”

If you look closely, you can see the whites of their eyes show on both sides of the eye, plus at the bottom of the eyeball.

This happens when the lower eyelid, which reflects the health of the adrenals, begins to sag. Which reflects adrenal fatigue – a very dangerous adrenal glandscondition because one is no longer able to respond to stressful situations.

Adrenal fatigue, the stress illness of the 21st Century, occurs after being under too much stress for a long, or after a traumatic event.

The adrenals are walnut-sized glands that sit on top of the kidneys and produce hormones that help you deal with daily stress. But if you never reset your stress response, the system can go into overwhelm, which can lead to intense pain and incredible fatigue.

Eventually, you might feel like a walking zombie.

MASSAGE YOUR ADRENAL REFLEX POINTS

Here’s a quick way to help support your adrenals and reset the stress response:

1) Massage the adrenals points on the front of your body. Using both hands, first find the belly button, then bring your fingers straight up the mid-line of your body about an inch.

Then go out about an inch on either side with both hands, and deeply those points.

If it hurts, you need it! Massage for a few minutes, taking deep breaths. Do this daily and give your adrenals the boost they need.

If you are Sanpaku, do the Adrenal Massage standing in front of a mirror and you just may see your lower eyelids reset to their natural state.

WATER-MASSAGE YOUR ADRENALS 

It’s a bit clumsy to massage your back where the adrenals are located, but it’s quite easy to do when showering.

Stand with your back facing the shower spray, and let the water beat down on your adrenals (just above your kidneys) for a few minutes in the hottest water you can stand, followed by 30 seconds of the coldest water.

DO THE FOUR THUMPS

The Four Energy ThumpsYou can easily do the Four Thumps in the shower while the water is massaging your back, followed by massaging the kidney reflex points mentioned above.

The Four Thumps involve tapping under each eye on the cheekbones, thumping each collarbone (K-27 points), thumbing the center of the chest (Thymus Gland) and thumping or massaging the Spleen Neurolymphatic points.
